Production SummaryDITS is a practice managment software that uses critical practice management monitors to track your practice's performance and growth. The ability to define practice specific and individual specific goals and alerts, allows you and your team to quickly understand the objectives that your dental practice is striving to achieve. Each team member will be responsible for inputting a few quick numbers at the end of the day. This then triggers system calculations and monitoring activities. Individual team members will be able to instantly see how their inputted figures impact the practice's overall goals, as well as their individual goals. The recognition of this, promotes accountability for each team member within the dental practice.
Every DITS user will have goals that are customized to meet their practice's needs. To gauge your practice's ability to meet these goals, we use 12 critical monitors. For each critical monitor that goes unmet for the week, a DITS alert is automatically triggered. This alert will be displayed on the main page when opened, and will describe the monitor that was triggered, the actual amount that was achieved and the goal for that week. You will receive an alert for each of the 12 monitors that goes unmet. If you meet any one of the 12 monitors, then you will not receive an alert.
DITS alerts can be customized to alert your practice and its team members about any of the monitors and at any parameter that you define. If you would like to receive information more often, this is possible. We can customize when the alerts will be sent and how frequently.
DITS Support
The dental support team at Davis and Davis CPAs, PC, will have real-time access to the progress that your dental practice is achieving. They will also receive any customized alert that is related to your dental practice. Depending on the preference defined by your practice, the dental support team will contact your practice by phone, or by "Sticky Note" within the software, to discuss the triggered alerts with your team and what steps your practice may take to improve this alert.
